the location was 'nice', but the amenities were lacking. only 3 chairs for a 4-person apartment? also, the oven was completely unusable, no rack runners! i expected at least a small discount for these inconveniences, but apparently special treatment is reserved for someone else. i almost gave a glowing review, but just couldn't.

The spacious apartment layout comfortably accommodated my family, and the proximity to Paddington Station made our travels around London incredibly convenient.
The kitchen was lacking in utensils and plates. we found only one glass for our group of four, which was quite disappointing.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a lack of basic kitchen supplies. We found the apartment to be inadequately equipped, with not enough cutlery or plates for our party. The absence of proper communication regarding key collection at the Indigo Hotel also added to our frustrations.
